My first Margaritaville deal! One of the coolest neighborhoods in Daytona Beach ranking top 50 for best planned retirement communities. I was very impressed with all they have to offer. The community reminded me of what it was like going to summer camp. Events and activities planned daily… pickleball/tennis tournaments, dance parties, movie premieres, and beach field trips! I would seriously consider putting this community on your list of places to consider when you retire.
I got this listing on Facebook. While I’m not an active user of Facebook, I pop on every now and then because it’s an efficient way of communicating with new and current friends. I was able to meet this amazing couple who was moving out west to spend more time with their children. The sellers were super nice and open to my creative ideas to help get their home sold. I’m glad they let me run with it and thankfully we were able to get the property sold!
