Let’s start with how I got the listing. One of the most successful ways for me to pick up new clients is by going door to door. While this bothers some, others appreciate the effort and hard work. It’s a game that takes tough skin and the ability to run from a dog or two. As someone who works in sales I’ve also appreciated sales people who go out and find work. Thankfully for me these sellers were one of those couples.
They were incredible people to work with. Always going above and beyond making the house look incredible for each showing. Many thought I staged the home because it looked so spotless and beautiful. They were adaptable with last minute showings and patient when buyers forgot to share feedback. Thank you for being great people to work with!
I’m very proud of this deal because it’s a record price per square feet in Waters Edge the neighborhood I live in. It’s also my biggest deal to date and one that had it’s challenges. I can’t wait to tell all my neighbors when I go door to door again 😉
