If you have kids like me you have to travel to Orlando or Jacksonville to see amazing tropical fish and sharks at an aquarium. Which has been surprising to me being that Daytona Beach is in fact located on a beach.
Where the once Daytona Mall was located. Will now be the Daytona Aquarium and Rainforest! Across the street you have Daytona Beach Zipline. Then about a block away you have my personal favorite Sky Zone’s Trampoline Park. Daytona Aquarium is hoping to bring in even more businesses once it completes construction.
The work has begun and the owner’s are hoping to have Daytona Aquarium open by the end of this year. The rainforest section will likely follow in 2024.
I’m personally excited and can’t wait to have a local place to teach my kids about fish.
